My stats make for grim reading this week, but I really didn’t expect any different. I haven’t been active for awhile and I slipped back into my old, unhealthy habits. Never mind.
I can climb back on the wagon easily enough. I’ve got a fitness plan in the pipe Iine and once I get into this new routine, I can begin addressing the other issues that are keeping me from achieving my goal. So, let’s see what what's happened…
