Off to a good start. I've met nearly all the goals I set for myself last week. I've lost one pound (yay-me) but I only managed two Wii Fit Plus and Balance Board
I was hoping to have lost a little around the waist and hips. I know a pound isn't much but it still would have been nice. In my defense, my period did come on today with a vengence after a five-month hiatus. It looks like the menopause is starting. Between the water retention, cramps, backache, bloating and swelling, I'm feeling pretty grizzly right now.
I have mixed feelings about this new phase I'm entering. On the one hand I'm looking forward to wearing silky, white underwear with confidence; but on the other it's a reminder that time is marching on and if I don't hurry up and decide what I want to be when I grow up, time is going to march right on by without me.

GOALS FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK:
1) Come up with a 'Plan B'
2) Do at least 3 work-outs this week
3) Lose at least 1 lb.
