Just a quick note to let you know tomorrow I'll be posting new stats. And I am dreading it. I've kept up with the routine well enough. I managed to squeeze in three exercises sessions, but I may have overindulged a bit on the caloric intake side of things.
It was our 20th wedding anniversary last week and between the lovely meals out and the gifts of chocolate from well wishers, I lost control.
Wish me luck. I'm going to go do some sit-ups. Maybe I can trim a few millimetres before I take my measurements tomorrow.
